Spent a sleepless night last night wrestling with asthma on account of being allergic to something in my room. So today I'm going to have a very gentle and slow walk into Richmond, dawdling and resting as I see fit. It's a short day's walk anyway which is fortunate.
So along the River Swale and via a couple of villages, down into Richmond I go.
